Funding Rounds

The Trustees currently meet once each year in June to consider requests.

Applications must be received by 31 March to be considered at the June meeting.

The Fund will accept a maximum of two (2) applications per organisation.

Timeline of Request Process

Following is a general timeline to assist with the timing of a request:

Grant applications are considered by the Trustees once each financial year in June.

When an application is received, an email or letter acknowledging your application will be sent within two weeks of receipt.

If any further information is required, a staff member will contact you.

Following the meeting of the Trustees, a letter advising of the outcome of your application will be sent to you within two weeks of the meeting.

Generally, the majority of grants are contingent on the project commencing. Grant funds are disbursed upon confirmation from the grant recipient that this is due to or has occurred.

A final report on your project detailing the project outcomes and expenditure is expected within two months of the project completion, or an interim report within 12 months of the first grant payment if the project is running for more than 12 months.
